Graphic Tools
Offering complete customer service and satisfaction is important to BDG. Therefore, we work diligently on utilizing design tools to visually communicate and enhance our clients' understanding of their project.
Generally, hand drawn sketches and renderings are used during the initial schematic design phase of a project. As the design is perfected through refinements and/or changes, presentation drawings, color renderings and 3D computer models are used to further illustrate the final product. Following are examples of these graphic tools.
3D Computer Models-
These computer-generated models are extremely helpful to the client. With the aid of 3D models and flythrough animations, it is easy to visualize yourself standing in the midst of your new space; fine tuning becomes participatory and gives the client a sense of ownership early in the design process.

Site Plans- offer clients an aerial view of where and how their project will sit on the lot.
Floor Plans- illustrate room sizes, features, circulation flow and the interrelationship between the rooms.
Elevations- give clients a first glimpse of the architectural style of the building and some of the details that give the home or building its unique quaracter.
