Casa Estrada

Benavides Design Group is currently located on the second floor of 470 Tyler St. in Monterey, CA 93940. The building, also known as Casa Estrada, is an historic adobe built in 1823 by Don Jose Mariano Estrada for his two children. Throughout its almost 200-year history it has served as the St. Charles Hotel, the Mission Inn and an office for the Monterey Savings and Loan Association. It has gone through numerous renovations and restorations to stay true to its original design intent.
